Green Realestate The concept of "green realestate" is becoming more and more common. Before you purchase that plot of land, did you stop to consider that if it has a running stream, you could use micro hydro power? Did you do an research to find out if the area will provide enough wind for a wind turbine? Is it a sunny area? Or, is it cold, wet, snowy, windless and overcast 365 days a year? In the not too distant future, these attributes will become a major factor towards the price of your land!

Smile Save Hundreds of Dollars with CFLs

Save Hundreds of Dollars with CFLs

Incandescent lights are one of the biggest power wasters in American homes. Unfortunately, they are proven choice, and are so cheap (until you look at the electric costs they rack up) and it is very for many to believe that something as small as switching the lights in their home can save them hundreds of dollars on our electric bills.

The truth is, however, if you replace just three of the incandescent lights in your home with Compact Fluorescent Lights, you can save over $100 over the lifetime of those lights – and, those lights will last hundreds of hours longer than the incandescent lights they replace.

Many homeowners who are beginning to feel the budget crunch that the economic and political realities of our country have thrust upon so many Americans are beginning to heed these words, and have switched to CFLs to the benefit of their own wallets, and the environment as a whole.

If you are looking for a great way to save hundreds of dollars in electric costs without spending a fortune, Compact Fluorescent Lights are the right choice for you. And, if you can find DC Compact Fluorescent Lights, even better, because even less power than the AC CFLs you find in retail stores around the world.

If you are looking for a great assortment of DC Compact Fluorescent Lights that can be used at home, the office, the RV, the Cabin, or anywhere you want light without paying a fortune for it, Silicon Solar is a great choice. You can find their entire line of Compact Fluorescent Lights, Solar Garden Lights, Grid-Tie Solar Electric Systems and SunMaxx Solar Hot Water Systems at their website, Solar Panels, Fountains, Solar Lights, Thin Film Panels - Manufacturer
